Heroes Cup 2025

Intro.

A student-led charity basketball event that brings together youth athletes, families, and community leaders for a day of sport with purpose. Featuring a fast-paced 3v3 tournament, skills challenges, and inclusive sport activations, the Heroes Cup raises awareness and funds for children affected by hip dysplasia, a condition that can limit mobility if not detected early.

Hosted by Travis Gao in partnership with the HIPpy Foundation and Empower Basketball at St. George's School, the event celebrates resilience, mental well-being, and the power of sport to keep kids active, confident, and connected both on and off the court.
